I had numerous passport photos taken elsewhere and they were all rejected so I looked for a company to help me, leading me to Passportology. After some initial issues... I met Fadi! Fadi took my photos for an European Passport. But the photos were rejected AGAIN! Ugh. But I called Fadi, we communicated via email, he did some research on his end and was able to email me updated photos to fit the specific criteria of the passport agency...and they were accepted. FADI MADE IT HAPPEN and I am so grateful. He was amazing and offered tremendous customer service.

Passportology is great! I was dreading getting a new passport and then I found this place. They made it quick and painless! They explained everything well to make sure I understood the whole process and made sure to follow up with me once my items arrived back. 10/10 recommend.
